Please review our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Because our primary products are digital downloads, all digital product sales are final.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Printable planners
Digital journals
Canva templates
Digital downloads
PDFs
Graphics
Affirmation cards
Digital resources and templates

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer:

Refunds
Returns
Exchanges
Cancellations

Once a digital file has been purchased, delivered, or downloaded, it cannot be returned.

EXCEPTIONS FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS

We will gladly assist if:

You receive the wrong file
Your file is corrupted
Your download link does not work
There is a technical issue preventing access

If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

PRINT-ON-DEMAND & PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

From time to time, Crafted by Court21 Digital Studio may offer physical products such as:

Apparel
T-shirts
Sweatshirts
Mugs
Accessories
Other print-on-demand merchandise

Because many physical products are custom-made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

Incorrect size selection by the customer
Buyer’s remorse
Minor color variations due to screen settings
Delays caused by shipping carriers

Please carefully review sizing charts and product descriptions before placing your order.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your physical item arrives:

Damaged
Defective
Misprinted
Incorrect

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we may offer:

A replacement item
Store credit
A refund at our discretion

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Digital orders cannot be canceled once purchased.

Physical or print-on-demand orders may only be canceled if production has not yet started. Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

SHIPPING ISSUES

We are not responsible for:

Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
Carrier delays
Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer

Please verify your shipping information carefully before checkout.

CHARGEBACKS & FRAUD

Unauthorized chargebacks or fraudulent claims related to delivered digital products may result in:

Revocation of download access
Order cancellation
Restriction from future purchases
