A: We are open Monday -- Saturday 11am -- 5pm and closed on Sundays. Due to limited staff, the best way to contact us is via email at info@craftedbycourt21.com.

Q: How long will it take to receive my product(s)?

A: We pride ourselves on getting your products to you as soon as possible. Please allow 5 business days for standard orders to ship. If you have a custom order, please allow 10 business days for your order to ship.
